Yo no soy de grasa, pero me gustaría perder 5 a 15 libras. I'm 5'1 y pesa alrededor de 120 (a lo sumo en un mal día). No estoy buscando un accidente de dieta o algo loco, sólo un buen plan de ejercicios o comer (sano) que ha trabajado para que el tono y dejar de grasa. Alguna sugerencia?

Snack- Whole-wheat english muffin with low cal jam (110)
Lunch- Spinich salad and low fat Italian dressing (45)
Snack- Blueberries (40 calories)
Snack- Tofu with terryaki sauce (85)
Dinner- Fish, Spinach salad, Italian dressing (145)
Snack- Soy Icecream (110 calories)
Total- 680 Calories.
*I drink 10 glasses of ice cold water per day*
Workout
20 minute walk (burns about 100 cals)
20 minutes of dancing or pilates (100)
25 min walk/run/sprint (250
