2L of diet coke 8 calories
Run 30 3.5 Km, walk 3.5 K.m
Dont suggest water because I **** it.
Is this Ok and will it make me lose weight?
I’m not overweight just really want to lose some.

Diet is not like stopping, or diet that will be dangerous, just a diet to help lose like 5 or 10 pounds. im 16 and wieg 115lbs. thanks … prefferably in my area that I would lose the thieghs and Gradica jjunk of the food, so Help out there ….. I eat really healthy but still …. the identification chooses at any time fishing over chocolate. im still workin out …. Note dangerous for dnt i sooo want to finish up the wound or something … thanks. (please list your diet and how to do it)
