I’m 15 190 lbs. but I seriously do not look it, I am 5′ 10″ or so. I want to loose weight and begin to live healthy I started going to the Ymca and do cardio for 30 mins every other day, but now that I start going my dad has decided to not re-new our membership which ends next month. I want to find a diet you know the healthy way no crashing and I understand that this take times, I like salad and veggies (but I like to dip them in a little chip dip not indulged), salad I usually use free Italian a little bit, I use the bagged salad and put fresh tomatoes in it. I was think for a possible diet of bake/boiled chicken breast, salad and water plus veggies, but I like fruit but its soo high in sugar. I want to know some possible things to do to get in shape, jogging is a little hard in the winter. Any help would be great. Also ketchup friend or foe? I’m soo pissed about the Y thing but what ever. Also toning my stomach is another big concern of mine sit-up and what else? How many? Thanks!!
Any one agree with me the fact that fire_inur_eyes is wrong I said it at least once I am trying to do this the healthy NOT crashing and not over exerting myself!
