crash diet plan
Okay. So I am wanting to go on a little bit of a crash diet. And try to lose 15 lbs in about 3-5 weeks. I’m about 135 lbs and 5′3″ I’m not fat. I’ve just got an extremely muscular build with a lil chub. You can see my ribs and all and a slight 6 pac. But not comfortable. Will this help??? I also drink Wu Long tea. I’d just like to tone down like crazy

But here’s what I’m eating. (Here’s an example of what I eat some of the days.. I try to keep it under 700 calories)

Breakfast- Grits and a small banana (145)
Snack- Whole-wheat english muffin with low cal jam (110)
Lunch- Spinich salad and low fat Italian dressing (45)
Snack- Blueberries (40 calories)
Snack- Tofu with terryaki sauce (85)
Dinner- Fish, Spinach salad, Italian dressing (145)
Snack- Soy Icecream (110 calories)
Total- 680 Calories.
*I drink 10 glasses of ice cold water per day*

Workout
20 minute walk (burns about 100 cals)
20 minutes of dancing or pilates (100)
25 min walk/run/sprint (250
