I am 19 years old 5& #39; 7 and 170 Pound. Four months ago ago I was 202 Pound. I began a healthy Ernährung and movement and reached 180. Lately the decrease in weight process began, slow down and I too impaitient. For approximately fà ¼ nf days I have Crash Diäten to eat approximately 500 calories per day and light Ausà ¼ bung (to ride my bicycle about 20 minutes per day). I have multi-vitamin täglich. I am today and 170 people say myself me, like very much I, and I am installation in clothes I did not carry year. I did not möchte to stop. I bump the calorie admission to 800 on the day of the nächsten week. If I ständig that to wäre it in order? I went only up to approximately 15 or 20 Pound more? I hätte never meant, leaves you me, like skeleton of twins ET.

So having been told that Its not a good idea to crash diet I would just like your opinions on a plan I’m going to set myself.
If I eat 1500 calories (the recommended is 1900) and burn up 250 calories will I loose weight and is it healthy way to loose it?
