I was given the following program of diet from a friend who said that the girl who gave him up to her said it? been used in hospitals where doctors require their patients to lose weight. I was just wondering if it seems like a good idea or not? I started it today, but I 'M who thinks it sounds more? as a diet and not something to stop that attack. Opinions? Thank you. Day 1: fruit (no bananas) and vegetables, homemade soup (as much as you 'd Gradica.) Day 2: Veggies and soup (as much as you 'd like) and for lunch you can include a potato and butter cooked. Bananas of 3:3 during the day, skimmed milk and soup (as much as you 'd Gradica.) 4:200 g day of meat, tomatoes and 6 of soup (only 1 per meal.) Day 5: Protein, veggies and soup (as much as you 'd Gradica.) Day 6: Rice sbramato, dwarf beans and soup (as much as you 'd Gradica.)
