crash diet plan
I’m 19 year olds and weigh 169 pounds and 5′11″. I want to lose about 20 naela. I plan to go eat nothing and drink nothing but water. Also I’m going to work out 20 minutes a day twice. I know that crash dieting is unhealthy but im desperate and wondering if it will be effective and be noticeably after a few days

    Eat healthily (salads, fruits, Köögivili, Valk, carbs etc) and several snacks throughout the day, rather than three big meals (or none). This will increase your metabolism.

    Water and exercise are goodkeep doing that.

    There is nothing you can do, healthily, that will get the pounds off after a few days. Sorry. It’s one of those things where patience is a virtue.

    Why so desperate? You aren’t overweight!

  • Studies show that starving away pounds is one of the best ways to guarantee that they’ll return. So, if you want to put yourself through the worst diet possibleno foodwith the highest chance of it being for nothing, I say go for it.

    The good news is you’re only 19, and thus expected to be stupid! You’ll be smarter when you’re 29 and even smarter still at 39. By the time you’re 99, you might not be that dumb.
